Rental property maintenance technician

Role mission
We are looking for a Rental Building Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, general upkeep and repairs on buildings, ensuring the safety and comfort of occupants.

Main responsibilities :
Perform general maintenance related to seasonal changes and spontaneous repairs.

Respond to urgent tenant repair requests.

Ensure the weekly removal and storage of rubbish and recycling bins from buildings.

Prepare units for tenant changes.

Provide customer service to the highest A+ standards.

Job requirements
Be available to serve our buildings in Montreal and Longueuil.

Be handy and have experience in residential, building or multi-unit renovation.

Have 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Be comfortable with computer tools and management software.

Hold a valid driving licence (tools provided).

Be available for service calls in the evenings and on weekends.

Hold a vocational diploma in building maintenance, property maintenance or carpentry/joinery (an asset).
