Purpose of the position

Our Laurence building located in Downtown Montreal is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas

Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations

Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces

Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required

Maintain a clean working environment

Maintain property spaces and systems

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

Be available to respond to emergencies

Other Related Tasks

Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym

Distribution of communications to tenants

Experience in painting, plumbing and basic electricity
