Purpose of the position

The LUMIA residence has the pleasure of welcoming clients who are either independent or losing their autonomy. We are looking for two maintenance workers to fill our team.

Schedule:

Full time, days, every other weekend Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

all other related tasks

The ideal person has :

Good physical ability

Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions

Team spirit

Punctuality and reliability

Bilingual

Required qualifications :

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
