COGIR Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant committed to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and ensure that both common areas and premises stay impeccably clean for our valued residents, contributing to their quality of life. Your attention to detail makes a significant impact on our close-knit community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common areas regularly
• Perform floor maintenance duties as required
• Organize maintenance tasks as requested
• Supervise equipment maintenance and preventive care
• Wash windows and take out trash routinely
Requirements:
• High school diploma (SSD)
