Position: Marine Maintenance Coordinator for Yachts
Location: Montreal West

Oversee marine maintenance and client interactions as a Yacht Maintenance Coordinator. Ensure seamless charter preparations and problem resolution in a beautiful coastal locale.

This full-time role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency in the British Virgin Islands. You'll manage yacht maintenance checks, support customer service activities, and coordinate with external vendors. A strong understanding of marine technologies and a hands-on approach are necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough maintenance checks prior to yacht charters

• Provide independent client briefs and debriefs

• Manage service calls and coordinate with vendors

• Diagnose maintenance issues and maintain logs

• Prepare fleet for off-season storage and safety

Requirements:

• Experience with diesel and two/four-stroke engines

• Knowledge of marine electrical and plumbing systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills in A/C systems

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Well-organized with a proactive mindset
