We are currently looking for a ''Handyman''/Housekeeping Attendant, for our Westisle building in Dorval full time and on call for emergencies. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Member of the maintenance department team, the handyman has the main function of ensuring the general maintenance of the building.

• Able to change water heaters
• Able to lay floating floor
• All other related tasks
• Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency planned for this purpose or when required
• Clean and carry out tasks related to the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Ensure maintenance of property spaces and systems
• Ensure security and compliance with building regulations
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and outdoor swimming pool
• Ensure the cleanliness of the working environment is maintained
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
• Knowledge of fire safety rules
• Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
• Knowledge of ventilation system
• Maintain the grounds, indoor parking, storage spaces
• See to the maintenance and monitoring of equipment and mechanical systems
• Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

• Actively participate in various company committees
• Know and apply company policies and procedures
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Remove snow and ice on sidewalks

• A DEP in general building maintenance (as asset)
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
• Customer service experience an asset
• Has tools
