COGIR Immobilier is seeking a skilled Handyman/Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the upkeep of our Dorval property. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, and building maintenance, while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include site maintenance, cleaning common areas, and ensuring security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change water heaters and lay floating floor

• Maintain cleanliness in entrances and common areas

• Perform minor repairs in apartments and shared spaces

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Communicate maintenance needs to the supervisor

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of building maintenance experience

• A DEP in general building maintenance is an asset

• Possess necessary tools for the job

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Knowledge of fire safety rules
