Cleaner Position at Homestead Ottawa

Join Homestead as a Cleaner in Ottawa, ON, where you'll uphold high cleanliness standards in key community areas. Help maintain safe and welcoming spaces for residents and visitors.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, and tenant units as they become vacant. Your work will ensure that common areas and garbage facilities are kept in excellent condition. This role includes weekend shifts every other week, covering a total of 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean elevators, lounges, and laundry rooms regularly

• Prepare tenant units upon vacancy, including kitchens and bathrooms

• Remove snow during winter months

• Address additional cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg safely

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Commitment to safe work practices
