Job Summary

We are looking for a maintenance coordinator to ensure the optimal performance of our buildings, systems, and grounds in Bromont.
This is a very hands-on role, ideal for an organized, practical person who is comfortable with problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute maintenance work on buildings, systems, and grounds.
Receive, analyze, and prioritize maintenance requests, then assign tasks.
Ensure that required permits, licenses, and documents are obtained and up to date.
Plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities of the maintenance department.
Apply quality and safety standards when performing work.
Follow established procedures and work methods, with the support of the immediate supervisor.
Desired Profile
High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (GED).
Up to 2 years of experience in building maintenance, general work, or a similar position (or a combination of training + experience).
Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting and carrying loads of at least 50 lbs.
Ability to follow rules, procedures, and work standards.
Good communication skills.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sense of organization, rigor, and curiosity.
