Take charge of building maintenance operations with Execaire Aviation as the lead hand. Oversee safety, compliance, and infrastructure standards at all bases to ensure superior performance.

In this essential role, you will manage maintenance and repair programs, ensuring all Execaire sites meet regulatory and audit requirements. You will coordinate with vendors for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services while leading capital improvement projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for effective oversight and ensuring the safety of personnel and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs at all bases

• Oversee vendor contracts for HVAC and general repairs

• Conduct regular onsite inspections for building audit readiness

• Manage capital improvement projects and renovations

• Ensure compliance with company and building regulations

Requirements:

• College or trade school education required

• 5+ years of aviation or industrial maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
