Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate maintenance work effectively

• Enforce standards for preventive maintenance and compliance

• Conduct safety audits and implement improvements

• Motivate and boost the performance of maintenance staff

• Manage departmental budgeting and maintenance inventories

Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Mechanics (DEC)

• 5-7 years of machinery maintenance experience

• Team leadership and management expertise

• Experience with CMMS tools

• French and English bilingual
