As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be integral to maintaining the terminal's functionality and safety at The Erb Group in New Hamburg, Ontario. Your responsibilities will include completing inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and collaborating closely with the Terminal Manager and staff. This role also involves assisting with both landscaping and snow removal tasks to keep areas accessible and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and address maintenance and security issues

• Perform repairs and landscaping at the facility

• Operate equipment for snow removal effectively

• Submit timely maintenance reports to management

• Assist in training new maintenance staff

Requirements:

• One year of experience in building and yard maintenance

• Capable of lifting heavy loads and shoveling

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license is essential

• Proficient in basic computer functions
