Position: Building Maintenance Worker at The Erb Group
Become a Building Maintenance Worker with The Erb Group at the terminal location in Ontario. This role focuses on general maintenance, ensuring facility safety and operational efficiency.

In this temporary position, you will collaborate with the Terminal Manager and Yard Supervisor to maintain and repair facilities. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections and performing maintenance tasks ranging from equipment repair to landscaping. Your efforts ensure a safe environment, preventing hazards and addressing operational needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and document maintenance needs

• Perform general maintenance tasks as outlined in Procedures Manual

• Assist in repairs of equipment, tools, and facilities

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and terminal grounds

• Support snow removal operations during winter months

Requirements:

• One year of experience in building maintenance

• Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs

• Skills in painting and electrical fixture replacement

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license required
