Purpose of the position We are currently looking for a maintenance attendant for one of our residential buildings in Montreal. Are you said to be versatile, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Make service calls
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Be available to respond to emergencies
Change light bulbs in the common areas
Clean and maintain floors and carpets in common areas
Grounds maintenance, indoor parking, storage areas
Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
All other related tasks
The ideal person has :
Enjoy contact with people
Good physical ability
Punctuality and reliability
Sense of responsibility and autonomy
Versatility
Available from Wednesday to Sunday for work
Required qualifications :
Good team player
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Customer service experience an asset
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
