Your role includes managing vendor contracts for essential services and overseeing capital improvements. Strong organization and communication skills will enhance your effectiveness in managing infrastructure-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Oversee service providers for essential facility repairs

• Conduct inspections ensuring compliance with regulations

• Lead capital projects and building renovations

• Ensure overall safety and audit readiness of sites

Requirements:

• Required education from college or trade school

• At least 5 years of building maintenance experience

• Knowledge of aviation or industrial maintenance practices

• Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
