In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations by directing staff, maintaining safety standards, and managing inventory. Your strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 years in a service-related field will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workers to ensure top-tier cleaning services
• Manage staff schedules and absenteeism effectively
• Address emergencies and provide swift operational responses
• Conduct facility inspections for safety and cleanliness
• Execute plans to resolve deficiencies discovered in audits
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning services
• Valid driver's license and vehicle are necessary
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
