Execaire Aviation is seeking a Building Maintenance Lead Hand to manage infrastructure-related issues efficiently. In this position, you will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee vendor contracts, and conduct regular inspections for audit readiness. Your organizational and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining high safety standards across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Manage vendor contracts for HVAC and repairs

• Conduct onsite inspections for building audit readiness

• Supervise capital improvement projects and renovations

• Enforce compliance with company and building regulations

Requirements:

• College or Trade School education

• 5+ years in Building Maintenance in Aviation

• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience in property/facility management
