Lead Technicians Weekends

Position: Lead Technicians on Weekends
Location: Mirabel

Become a Weekend Team Leader, directing maintenance efforts with a team of skilled technicians. Oversee equipment reliability and compliance with safety policies for optimal operations.

Reporting directly to the maintenance contract manager, you will engage in both preventive and corrective maintenance, manage 3 to 4 technicians, and actively participate in cross-departmental working groups. This role emphasizes enhancing equipment availability while ensuring all operational and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance team and interventions

• Participate in continuous improvement processes

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs

• Implement preventive maintenance on-site

• Write detailed reports in the CMMS

Requirements:

• DEP in electromechanics or DEC in industrial mechanics

• Experience with aerospace tooling preferred

• Strong mechanical drawing skills

• Pass federal security screening for controlled goods

• Capacity to work 12-hour shifts, 06:00 – 18:30
