As a Building Operator, working closely with the Property Manager, you'll complete various maintenance tasks, including plumbing and mechanical system repairs. Your efforts will guarantee that all building operations remain functional, providing a comfortable environment for residents and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on various systems

• Execute general carpentry and small construction tasks

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical components

• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or completion of apprenticeship

• At least five years of experience in maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
