Instrumentum seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Long Beach, California, to directly manage critical infrastructure for sterile processing. This is a hands-on role requiring extensive experience in maintenance and operational efficiency.
In this vital position, you'll ensure the reliability of essential systems like steam, boilers, and compressed air, significantly impacting patient safety. Responsibilities include fostering a culture of accountability, managing vendor performance, and leading compliance efforts, all while directly engaging with your team to address mechanical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all facility utilities and systems
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting initiatives
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Support audit readiness and documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of facilities management experience
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience in vendor and budget management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
