ADESA Maintenance Specialist Position

Step into the role of Maintenance Specialist at ADESA, focusing on the upkeep of our auction facilities. In this position, you will address various maintenance requests and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, your role supports both team members and customers. Your key tasks include ensuring the safety of auction conditions and promptly addressing any customer service inquiries or equipment repairs, while maintaining high standards of workplace professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance tasks including roofing and welding

• Ensure equipment operates efficiently with regular checks

• Report safety hazards immediately to management

• Promote a positive team environment with strong attitudes

• Maintain clear communication within the maintenance team

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old

• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools

• Previous maintenance experience is advantageous

• Proficient communication in English

• Must demonstrate adherence to company policies
