Your Role

As Maintenance Planner
, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

  • Develop detailed maintenance work plans, including labor, materials, tools and while ensuring safety measures and appropriate training
  • Build and manage short and long range maintenance schedules in collaboration with operations, engineering and plant leadership
  • Prioritize corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
  • Ensure all work orders are properly scoped, planned and ready for execution
  • Analyze equipment history and failure trends to improve reliability and reduce repeat issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure required parts, materials and tools are available prior to scheduled work
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and reporting metrics
What you bring

You're a natural fit for Maintenance Planner if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment (corrugated or heavy industrial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a production setting
  • Proficiency with MS365, CMMS systems (e.g., SOP, Maximo, or similar)
