Position: Weekend Supervisor for Maintenance Teams
Location: Mirabel

Step into the Weekend Team Leader role and guide maintenance operations at our facility. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while leading technician interventions and improving equipment reliability.

As a key player reporting to the maintenance contract manager, you will supervise a team of 3 to 4 technicians and subcontractors. The focus of this role is on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining precise records within the CMMS, while collaborating with client service stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead technician intervention efforts

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on equipment

• Ensure safety compliance with EHS standards

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks

• Document processes in CMMS systems

Requirements:

• DEP in electromechanics or DEC in industrial mechanics

• Familiarity with aerospace tooling considered a plus

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings

• Clear security screening for controlled goods required

• Must be available for 12-hour shifts from 06:00 – 18:30
