Become a key player at Manvers Community Centre as a Parks and Facilities Attendant. Enhance community spaces through maintenance and cleaning tasks while working seasonally up to nine months.

This role supports the daily operations of community centres and arenas in Bethany, Ontario. The ideal candidate will manage ice resurfacing and maintenance, monitor ice plants, and ensure safety protocols are followed. The position requires working evenings and weekends, focusing on effective facility management and public interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in community centres and arenas

• Operate ice resurfacer for smooth ice surfaces

• Clear snow and ice from walkways and exits

• Guide part-time staff on maintenance tasks

• Collect fees and issue receipts effectively

Requirements:

• Secondary School diploma with maintenance education

• Preferred experience in arena operations

• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety

• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence

• Criminal Record Check needed upon employment offer
