Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical technicians and teams

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance actions

• Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues

• Monitor part usage and inventory strategies

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic

• 3+ years as a Mechanical Supervisor in mining

• Strong knowledge of mining maintenance standards

• Proficient in CMMS and maintenance software

• Experience in budget management and cost control
