In this role, you will focus on facility operations, maintenance planning, and contract management. You will be responsible for ensuring that Client-Partner facilities are safe and efficient, contributing directly to Canada’s military mission. Your ability to manage relationships with service providers, coupled with technical knowledge, will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer facility maintenance and minor construction contracts
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor performance and safety
• Support ongoing maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Identify and program improvements for reliability and efficiency
• Conduct facility inspections for safety and compliance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facility operations and maintenance
• Strong skills in contract administration and stakeholder management
• Technical knowledge in building systems and operations
• Ability to assess asset condition and performance
