In this role, you will facilitate proper operation of vital data center equipment through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and maintenance for facility equipment
• Troubleshoot client-side issues and escalate when necessary
• Execute Emergency Operating Procedures when needed
• Manage physical access to data centers
• Train team members on safety and operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Intermediate electrical and mechanical skills required
• Experience with data center support roles
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols consistently
