Your role includes managing costs, analyzing service requests, and supporting innovative solutions for new store setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance requests and service calls efficiently

• Support general office management and preventive maintenance

• Administer security systems including alarms and cameras

• Analyze maintenance supplier performance and costs

• Monitor annual maintenance budgets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in maintenance management or retail

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong skills in Office suite applications

• Relevant college or university training

• Previous building maintenance experience preferred
