This position falls under the RÉ-03 classification and is essential for maintaining the functionality and presentation of NCC properties. Your expertise in building maintenance and customer service will be vital in identifying safety issues and contributing to the success of official events and ceremonies. You will play a key role in creating welcoming environments for distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance, custodial, and facility services
• Detect and rectify maintenance and safety concerns
• Support setup for national events and ceremonial activities
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
• Prioritize tasks in a demanding operational setting
Requirements:
• Successful completion of a secondary school diploma
• Experience in building maintenance and custodial services
• Familiarity with facility operations and safe work practices
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
• Bilingual (BBB) proficiency and eligibility for security clearance
