Join the Homestead team as a Building Manager in Ottawa, ON.
Your role will focus on ensuring building operations run smoothly and positively impact tenant satisfaction.
In this pivotal position, you will manage the daily operations which include maintaining common areas, addressing tenant concerns, and performing minor maintenance tasks. You will work directly with residents, showcasing apartments and ensuring safety and security at all times. Your contributions will create a welcoming and efficiently managed environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness in common spaces and hallways
• Respond efficiently to tenant requests and emergencies
• Facilitate apartment showings and handle leasing documentation
• Maintain fire safety logs and emergency preparedness
• Follow an on-call schedule for operational support
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is an asset
• Ability to lift objects up to 20 kg
• Reliability and meticulous attention to detail are required
• Good team collaboration skills
• Must pass reference checks and background clearance
