Responsibilities Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the property.
Ensure common areas, entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds remain clean, safe, and presentable.
Identify and report damaged equipment, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, or other deficiencies.
Replace basic supplies and keep storage and work areas organized.
Place signage, barriers, or safety cones when required.
Monitor equipment and facilities for visible signs of damage or malfunction.
Submit maintenance requests and follow up with management, contractors, or service providers.
Maintain accurate inspection and incident records.
Assist customers, visitors, and employees with general site-related questions.
Support seasonal upkeep activities, such as monitoring snow and ice conditions.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications High degree of attention to detail
Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
