Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance activities and support on-site teams
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control
• Develop and implement maintenance standards
• Liaise with vendors and manage service contracts
• Assist in capital planning and budgeting for maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in residential or commercial maintenance
• Experience with high-rise building maintenance
• Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC
• Proficient in regulatory compliance
• Bilingual:
French and English
