This role requires 24/7 availability during weather events, ensuring safety in public walkways through hands-on manual labor. Your responsibilities include operating sidewalk tractors, following safety procedures, and leading a reliable team to maintain accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sidewalk tractors to clear snow and ice
• Perform manual labor alongside team members
• Follow verbal and written instructions on-site
• Ensure safe and accessible walkways during winter
• Be available for on-call duties during winter events
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Experience operating sidewalk tractors or similar equipment
• Strong communication skills in team environments
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
