Use bilingual French and English skills while handling building repairs, painting, and maintenance at Tidan’s Montreal location. Work full-time at $24.00 per hour.
The Building Maintenance Attendant works under the Maintenance Director within Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group. Responsibilities cover general repairs, cleaning, minor electrical maintenance, and exterior upkeep. The position serves an international clientele at 666 Sherbrooke Street West.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out general building repairs and maintenance duties
- Paint surfaces and complete required touch-up work
- Install light fixtures and replace outdated outlets
- Replace smoke detectors as maintenance needs arise
- Complete tasks efficiently to high quality standards
- Bilingualism in French and English is required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Self-motivated approach to independent work
- Honest, reliable, and responsible work habits
- One year related experience preferred
