Keep Montréal properties clean and maintained as a full-time, on-site Janitor and Handyman using housekeeping and repair skills. Support safe, presentable common areas daily.
This Janitor and Handyman position covers cleaning, minor maintenance, and property support. You will maintain hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, entrances, walkways, and parking lots. The work also includes service requests, unit turnover, basic renovations, and reporting larger maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor common areas
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fixture repairs
Paint and assist with unit turnover and renovations
Manage waste and recycling while maintaining exterior areas
Respond professionally to residents, tenants, and service requests
Requirements:
Strong janitorial services and housekeeping skills
General handyman skills and safe basic tool use
Reliable full-time, on-site availability in Montréal
Effective English communication;
French is an asset
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
