Une entreprise spécialisée en services techniques dans la région recherche un Responsable Travaux en Maintenance Immobilière. Vous serez chargé(e) d'organiser et superviser les chantiers, assurer la relation client et suivre l'avancement des chantiers. Une formation Bac+2 en hygiène ou maintenance et une expérience significative sont requises. La position offre un salaire de 3 200 à 3 800 € brut par mois ainsi que des perspectives d'évolution au sein de l'entreprise.
