In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex EHS advisory projects, acting as a trusted advisor to client executives. Your responsibilities include structuring solutions for safety culture transformation and supporting the development of innovative management systems. With a focus on collaboration, you will foster client relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective project management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team delivering EHS consulting engagements effectively
• Engage senior executives through structured problem-solving approaches
• Oversee the preparation of detailed client presentations
• Build relationships to identify new business opportunities
• Participate in ongoing client relationship management and development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Management
• 12-18+ years of EHS-related consulting experience
• Proven strategy evaluation and development skills
• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
