Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
* Ensure a common understanding of the vision, technological directions, scope and objectives of the project among stakeholders;
* Develop, maintain and obtain approval of project plans, including deliverables, budgets, timelines and governance mechanisms;
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistency of work and the achievement of strategic objectives;
* Lead kick-off meetings, monitoring committees, risk management workshops and close-out activities;
* Supervise the progress of the work and make the necessary adjustments to meet deadlines;
* Produce dashboards, reports, progress reports and decision-making files for governance bodies;
* Formulate strategic recommendations and contribute to decision-making related to complex technology initiatives;
* Present to senior management the state of progress, critical risks and issues requiring intervention;
* Monitor project performance based on scope, costs, schedules, quality and risks;
* Identify risks, issues and change requests, and then implement appropriate corrective actions;
* Validate the quality and compliance of the deliverables before their presentation to the responsible authorities;
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize solutions and delivery approaches;
* Facilitate exchanges between technology teams, suppliers and governance bodies;
* Maintain constant alignment between business needs and the solutions developed;
* Optimize design, integration, and deployment processes;
* Support the transfer to operations, including knowledge sharing, preparation of application support and definition of service agreements;
* Plan, organize and supervise the work of internal and external resources;
* Recommend the optimal allocation of resources and mobilize the required expertise.

The profile sought is as follows:
* Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in managing large-scale projects;
* Lead complex technology initiatives involving bespoke and multi-stakeholder developments;
* Manage projects involving complex architectures, multi-system integrations and strong operational interdependencies;
* Significant experience in the healthcare sector, a major asset;
* Master risk management, governance of strategic projects and coordination of multidisciplinary deliverables;
* Effectively mobilize internal teams, suppliers and external partners;
* Develop and maintain relationships of trust with customers, managers and decision-making bodies;
* Understand the challenges associated with large-scale technology transformation projects;
* Influence strategic decisions and facilitate the resolution of complex issues;
* Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and priority management skills;
* Operate effectively in multidisciplinary, regulated and transforming environments.
