Lead strategic operations for the Scholarships and Student Aid Office at McGill University. Drive service delivery and oversight for financial aid systems while managing a skilled team.

As the Associate Director of Operations and Systems, you will report directly to the Director and play a pivotal role in managing operational budgets, funding development, and Work Study employer relations. This position emphasizes leadership in financial oversight and compliance, ensuring high-quality service delivery for students and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop short- and long-range planning for resources

• Manage operating budgets and administrative operations

• Lead recruitment and professional development for staff

• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations

• Provide direction on financial controls and funding protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 5 years of related experience in higher education

• Strong financial acumen and management skills

• Excellent communication in English and French

• Knowledge of student financial aid systems
