CNC Machine Operator​/Opérateur de machine CNC

As a CNC Operator, you'll be part of a reliable, detail-driven team that values quality and discipline. You'll work closely with the programmer to prepare materials, set up machines, and ensure each finished part meets our high standards.

Your days will be structured, your work meaningful, and your results tangible; every part you produce will reflect your craftsmanship.

• Collaborate with the programmer to prepare raw materials and tools.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines with precision and consistency.

• Adjust machine speed and feed based on material specifications.

• Inspect, deburr, and clean finished parts to ensure top quality.

• Label and package parts with proper identification.

• Maintain your workspace and perform routine maintenance on machines.

• Contribute to a safe, organized, and harmonious environment.

Qualifications

• DEP (DVS) or ASP (AVS) in Machining.

• Solid knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters (speed/feed).

• Strong math and measurement skills (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

• Bilingual (English & French).

• Team-oriented, respectful, and committed to continuous improvement.
