Aéronautik inc. partners with major industry players to produce highly specialized aeronautical components for mechanical motion transmission systems (landing gear, engines, flight surface actuators, door mechanisms, flight control).
Inspector — Evening Shift Responsibilities- Perform in-process quality checks during inspection rounds, including verification of lot traceability documentation.
- Approve first-off parts following assembly.
- Inspect parts on CMMs and may be required to program and edit simple and complex CMM programs.
- Create certificates of conformity for production parts and may be required to write non-conformity reports (NCR).
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
- Comply with company policies and standards, including AS9100 requirements.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and demonstrate positive leadership.
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective prioritization in a multi-project environment.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with IT tools.
- DEC or AEC in mechanical engineering, aeronautics, or other relevant training.
- Strong knowledge of quality processes, industrial standards and their management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality control and compliance.
- 40‑hour schedule:
Monday to Thursday (Fridays off). - Hourly wage between $26.98 and $38.56.
