Job Description:

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with other Quality teams. You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for developing cross‑functional solutions to program issues. The team is organized to promote autonomous cross‑functional collaboration, supporting one another and learning collectively.

As a Quality Analyst, your role will be to analyze non‑conformities found on the production line in order to reduce or eliminate them.

• Analyze non‑conformities
• Carry out problem‑solving (PPS)
• Participate in and prepare governance meetings
• Resolve issues
• Facilitate group work
• Manage communications
• Project management

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the manufacturing industry, aerospace, project management or other related experience
• Creative with the ability to think originally
• High level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a departmental mentor)
• Good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude
• Ability to organize yourself independently
