Do you have experience in operations management and/or as an operations supervisor, have you worked in the aerospace industry and are you looking to advance and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft programme is seeking a Production Supervisor (evening shift) to join our operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). The team is organized to promote autonomous, cross‑functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.

Your challenges
  • Exercise your leadership while respecting the company's vision and values.

  • Availability for possible on‑call duties during weekends and/or holiday seasons.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
Your profile
  • Management experience in a unionised environment, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Strong leadership, judgement and flexibility; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Results‑oriented; able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable working under pressure; a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills and good understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
  • Possible on‑call duties during weekends and/or holiday seasons.
