Production Supervisor; Evening Shift

This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft programme is seeking a Production Supervisor (evening shift) to join our operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). The team is organized to promote autonomous, cross‑functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.

• Management experience in a unionised environment, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Excellent management skills.
• Strong leadership, judgement and flexibility; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Results‑oriented; able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable working under pressure; a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills and good understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Possible on‑call duties during weekends and/or holiday seasons.
