Job Overview

Do you have experience as a production supervisor in a pre‑flight or delivery sector and are looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you. The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Production Supervisor – Pre‑flight and Delivery on the night shift to join our Customer Line team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be part of the Customer Line Operations team responsible for engine tests, flight phases, and aircraft delivery, and your role will be to lead a production team mainly composed of mechanical, avionics and assembly technicians for the customer sector.

• Management experience in a unionized environment, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Excellent management skills.
• Strong leadership, judgement, flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Results‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Suite (Files, Sheets, Docs).
• Fluent in French and English.
