As an Aircraft Paint Shop Supervisor, you will navigate operational oversight, prioritize team productivity, and promote safety within the work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the allocation of tasks

• Ensure work meets organizational quality standards

• Supervise hiring and manage team attendance

• Maintain cost efficiency and throughput

• Uphold safety and compliance training standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus technical training

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Familiarity with industrial painting techniques

• Bilingual:
French and English preferred

• Basic skills in Excel and MS Office
