Numerical Control and Press Brake Operator – Night Shift
WORK SHIFT:
MIDNIGHT TO 8 AM
Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings from purchase orders or verbal instructions.
Operate machine tools to manufacture parts, as well as computer numerical control (CNC) tools.
Operate high-tech digital and conventional equipment for the production of bus bars and sheet metal intended to be assembled inside electrical panels.
Use CNC punch press.
Use automated storage system.
Adjust and produce sheet metal parts.
Requirements
Available to work the night shift.
Vocational studies diploma in machining techniques or tin/sheet metal working, required.
AVS in computer numerical control (CNC) machine-tool operation, an asset.
All other diplomas or related equivalency will be considered.
Experience using tools in a plant.
Methodical approach, speed of execution and concern for quality.
