Lead digital transformation in manufacturing as an MES Manager us on Pharma Suite to modernize and innovate manufacturing processes in Life Sciences.
The ideal candidate brings robust MES experience, contributing to the design, development, and configuration of Electronic Batch Records. You will closely collaborate with business teams to define the manufacturing controls, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your insights will aid in the seamless integration of MES with ERP systems, optimizing overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Author and configure Electronic Batch Records as needed
• Implement MES while ensuring ERP integration
• Document and validate configurations and EBRs
• Guide the development of complex manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with teams to define manufacturing requirements
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of MES experience in a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in English for international team collaboration
• Expected travel may range from 0 to 100%
