Join as a Methods Support Agent working weekends to enhance aircraft manufacturing processes. You'll lead technical solutions and project management initiatives focused on production enhancement and cost reduction.
This position involves project management and cross-department collaboration aimed at optimizing assembly strategies.
Your role will include defining necessary tools for production, improving work instructions, and fostering innovation in assembly techniques. Close work with engineering and logistics will be crucial to the success of implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead problem-solving initiatives across operational departments
• Manage short- and medium-term optimization projects
• Collaborate with engineering on assembly changes
• Establish clear strategies for component manufacturing
• Streamline work instruction processes for production
Requirements:
• Diploma in engineering or equivalent education
• Two years of manufacturing experience
• Background in aeronautics is essential
• Proficient in SAP and relevant software tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
