Bring your mechanical expertise to Sunrise Farms as a Skilled Mechanic. This day shift position is crucial for maintaining equipment across our food processing facilities.

As part of the Maintenance Team, your role involves direct oversight of machinery repairs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. You will troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues while maintaining tools and work spaces in optimal condition. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations

• Conduct repairs on motors, pumps, and gearboxes

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery

• Inspect equipment safeguards for functionality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Trade Certification in industrial mechanic or power engineering

• 1-3 years of mechanical experience preferred

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends

• Must have a high school diploma

• Positive attitude with strong communication abilities
