Aircraft Structure Assembler

Responsibilities

• Work from instructions provided in the form of assembly manuals and visual aids;
• Use templates and position PVA components, engineering drawings, or any other materials provided by the Methods Department;
• Drill within the specified tolerances, apply sealants, and install the required fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications;
• Meet the standard deadlines set by the Methods Department and comply with the quality reference document;
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards;
• Ensure compliance with production standards and rates;
• Perform all other related duties based on experience and qualifications.

• A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in aerospace structural assembly.
• An Advanced Vocational Certificate (AEC) in aircraft maintenance with experience as an assembler in the aerospace industry.
• A fast-track program in aircraft structures.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an assembler in the aerospace industry or a related field within the last 5 years.
• You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have a good command of the English language (spoken and written).
